Sip your way through our award winning Height of Arrows Gin range with our relaxed, interactive and conversational Gin Tasting Experience!
Allow us to warmly welcome you to our Distillery home, while you get to know your guide and group for the evening.
Moving through to our Spirits Lab and Gin Distillery, you’ll taste your first gin as you learn to mix, make and shake your very own cocktail!
As your guide takes you through the origins of our gin-making journey, learn more about the sophisticated and complex flavour of our gin with an extra dash of neat spirit to enjoy.
Explore the direction of modern gin production in Scotland with a behind the scenes sample of our future projects, accompanied by a delicious Gin Chocolate Truffle (made in partnership with Edinburgh’s own COCO Chocolatier).
Finally, create your own perfect serve Gin & Tonic with our Height of Arrows range and a selection of premium mixers and garnishes to enjoy in our cosy distillery lounge room.
Please be aware this experience is for 18+ only. Children are not permitted on this tour, but are welcome on the Holyrood Distillery Tour
Your experience lasts for 1 hour - you will receive your final drink at the very end of the session, so please be sure to allow for some extra time at the end to enjoy your Gin & Tonic in our bar.

Your session begins at 6.30pm - please ensure that you arrive 10 minutes before to check in. Your experience lasts for 1 hour, however please allow additional time to enjoy your final drink in our distillery bar.
This experience is strictly for those over the age of 18. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, please ensure that you bring a copy of your ID with you, as this may be checked before the session begins. Please note we can only accept physical copies (i.e. passport, driving licence) - we cannot accept photo copies.
